Ok this Wizards castle can fit SO MUCH Arcane sigils from Lord Odran’s map of the mists in it, you just know he probably founded that order and then just fell into a different dimension.
The fact that they’ve confirmed SotO’s legendary armor set is called Obsidian armor is soooooo so so important to me!
If you’re a gw1 girlie you likely know that obsidian armor was a thing in that game. It was one of the prestige armors, which was gw1’s legendary armor equivalent. It also happened to be the most expensive armor set in the game.
The interesting thing was that this armor could only be obtained by going to the Fissure of Woe, a realm in the mists that was Balthazar’s domain.

The Npcs also have new dialogue and ambient conversation about the vanished tower. Now that we know about Leauge of Wizards or what have you, Im guessing all the people that were sent to the tower were not turned into guardian earth elementals, but instead became wizards and could never go home.
